Everyone was exceptional in their customer service. I originally brought my 2013 Jeep JK in for service. After my vehicle was assessed it was determined it would need thousands of dollars in repairs. I chose to look at a new vehicle instead and contacted Alex Feltner who I had spoke with previously about a Jeep Gladiator. Alex was off that day but Kevin stepped in and allowed me to take a Gladiator home for the night. I returned the following day and sought out Alex. He showed me several Gladiators and I settled on one I liked. He was able to meet my price and get me a good trade in on my Wrangler. I returned later with a check for the remainder and the deal was done. Everyone was very professional and accommodating. I will recommend Alex and Gledale Chrysler to others in the future. More
