Online car purchase made EASY! Thank you Becky Moore! I was a huge skeptic about purchasing a Jeep online. I searched for a 2018 used Wrangler with minimal miles and, even though I am from the Motor City I was a huge skeptic about purchasing a Jeep online. I searched for a 2018 used Wrangler with minimal miles and, even though I am from the Motor City and surrounded by dealerships, Glendale just had better deals. I started out with short emails and Becky responded every time. She never hounded me and stayed factual and professional. As I narrowed down my search with comparable 2018 Jeep packages, we negotiated a price that was better than anything local or within a 1000 mile radius that I was willing to search. The paperwork was speedy. They overnighted everything and labeled for every signature. Paperwork took only 2 days with UPS. Brian, the sales manager, was thorough and amazingly professional. Did I mention they ALWAYS responded within minutes on all the back and forth conversations needed to make this all happen. I had the car shipped and Becky went the extra mile staying late to help with the pick up. Remember, this car was used and Becky made sure it was spotless! It was like new upon arrival. And, my favorite part is she put a locally baked pie safely stowed in the car. She made this process fun too:) More

What a Pleasant experience! I was inquiring about a vehicle I saw on a web site. Matt contacted me by phone, set up and appointment and promptly greeted us at the dealership when I was inquiring about a vehicle I saw on a web site. Matt contacted me by phone, set up and appointment and promptly greeted us at the dealership when we arrived. . During the drive Matt was friendly and informative. We had some questions regarding our negotiations and requested he call us back after he reviewed our request with Management. We had other commitments that day and had to leave the dealership. As promised, Matt did get back with us and we decided to purchase the vehicle. I returned Monday to complete the paperwork and was in and out in less than an hour and a half. (this included another walk around and test drive). The we owes were completed as promised and I picked up my car later in the week. What a Great experience!
