During our initial visit, we were assigned to a friendly sales person that was happy to show us the van we planned to look at. The sales person was not completely familiar with the vehicle and wasn't able to answer some of our questions. At the end of our visit the sales person suggested that we take the van home for the night and test it out. This was a great experience for us and helped get us across the line and purchase the van. The purchasing process was a bit slow and our sales person needed some help from another sales person to help us understand our options. The second sales person really brought it home for us and put us at ease. In the future, we will consider this dealership again for our next purchase. More
