Along the way, Brad was the most knowledgable and more importantly the lowest pressure sales rep we dealt with. Others wouldn't provide information we asked for unless we came in to work out a deal. Brad always treated us professionally, and on our terms. He provided information we asked for, gave us sage advice based on his experience, and was not pushy or high pressure at all. We paid a little more to buy from Glendale and Brad, but we do not regret it at all. We just picked up our Jeep last week. Brad's communication of the status of the build and shipment was outstanding, and Jim Welch helped make for a smooth closing transaction. Brad has been awesome post sale. He gave us a bunch of great information about the Jeep that has been very helpful. He has also made recommendations on key accessories that we have asked him about. We spent the better part of a day hitting him up with questions via phone and he was so quick to respond, we made a next day trip of over an hour drive to see him and his picks in person. The day started off right and ended with the Grand Cherokee that completely fulfills all of our wants and needs. This was as close to in and out as anyone could hope for, which is a testament to your training of new sales people and the team environment of the sales manager and finance department. Well done!
