They checked my engine light and fixed the problem. When my car stopped running I had it towed to Glendale. I worked with Arlene and she was great. They had the car for two weeks. They kept having a problem with parts. Arlene stayed in touch with me all the time. She arranged for a loaner . Anyway she was extremely helpful and I would recommend this service department to anyone who asked. I would tell them to ask for Arlene . More

Excellent Customer Service I have been taking my Elantra to Glendale Hyundai for servicing and Arlene has always been pleasantly displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude. I have been taking my Elantra to Glendale Hyundai for servicing and Arlene has always been pleasantly displaying a good-natured, cooperative attitude. She is reliable, responsible, dependable, and always fulfilling her obligations. On the last servicing my car needed the ignition coil replaced that was backlogged and going to take two weeks to arrive. Arlene was able to arrange a rental and was able to get the part sooner than expected. Arlene is awesome! More

I was out of town and had to pick my car up on Sunday to get to work on Monday. Though the service department was not open, AJ made arrangements for me to pick the car up. He also called me to let me know when the car was ready. I am always pleased with the service department at Glendale Hyundai. More

AJ is amazing!!!!! We were having issues with our 2017 Elantra. We had already taken it to the Van Nuys Keys Hyundai three times and had walked out by the very courtious We were having issues with our 2017 Elantra. We had already taken it to the Van Nuys Keys Hyundai three times and had walked out by the very courtiouse Service manager Jullian who told us to take the car somewhere else and a General manager Sobel who said he should not be held responsible for his employees’ behaviour. So we took the car to the next nearest dealership in glendale and we were greeted by AJ. AJ was very professional and knowledgeable about the car and warrenty process. They set us up with their master mechanic and we left the car for service. From begining to end AJ was professional and updated us on the process. We even got a brand new Hyundai as a rental to ease our frustration from our experience and the impression the VanNuys dealer had brought on us. If any one could have bern any more understanding and courtiouse was AJ. He knows what procedure and policies are and does not promis things that he can not do. Thank you for your help AJ. I will be recomending my friends and family to your dealer just because of your service and your kind and honest personality. You are a true asset not only to that dealer but you RAIS and LIVE up to the EXPECTATIONS of Hyundai customers like me. Please have your management share this with the corporate office.
