I did want leather seats and brought it back several days later, I was given a loaner car while they did the job. Well-done. Their service department is very good, clean waiting rooms, fresh fruit and coffee and well organized. Buying a car is a costly proposition but it is more pleasant when done here. More

Typical Hard Sell or Apathetic Atmosphere. You Decide Unlike other reviews, my experience has not been favorable. I will explain why. My wife and I was looking for a predetermined vehicle: KIA SOUL. I com Unlike other reviews, my experience has not been favorable. I will explain why. My wife and I was looking for a predetermined vehicle: KIA SOUL. I communicated with three dealerships via the internet in my area, Global being one. I set my realistic parameters ahead of time of what my requirements were: out of the door cost, financing, model, year, and if we considered a pre-owned the maximum mileage allowed. I made it clear that I did not want to arrive at the dealership and have to sit for an ungodly amount of time while the sales person goes back and forth to the sales manager for the hard sell approach. We were informed that they could accommodate. We arrived and was informed to ask for the sales rep that I was communicating with even though the sales rep informed me that she would not be in and would be directed to another. OK. You mention a name, they obtain the commission. No concern, so we thought. The sales person we were introduced to informed us that we were in good hands. He had 10 years experience in this profession. He was always pleasant and had a professional demeanor however, right off the bat we were turned off. Why would we care? A typical sales pitch we thought. Establish a false relationship with the customer. Gain their trust. So we sat introduced ourselves and asked whether he knew of my previous correspondence. He did not. Nor did he offer to find out. Which meant that we had to review our parameters again, wasting time. Second turn off. We sat for nearly an hour (third turn off), while he went back to and forth to his manager to discuss our requirements and made the arrangement to evaluate our trade in. Needless to write he finally came back a told us he could not present a deal and whether we would consider other options. We thanked him for his time and informed him that we were scheduled to go to another nearby KIA dealership. As we put on our jackets to leave, the salesman had the audacity of informing us that they were the biggest dealership around and that we were not going to be able to make a deal based on our parameters. Did he truly believe that based upon his statement we were going to remove our jackets, sit down, and continue with this waste of time? This was the fourth turn-off. Conclusion: we did go to another dealership and did find the KIA Soul based on my parameters set forth. In an hour's time, we were out with our new KIA Soul! I will venture to surmise that the big auto malls, with several brands to choose from, have little interest in making a deal that will serve as a long lasting business relationship for future purchases. I will never again enter Global doors. A word of advice, do your home work ahead of time before entering into the "Lions Den" Good hunting. More

Very pleasant and professional to deal with My Sales Representative, Vinnie Moya, was very pleasant and professional to deal with. In fact, everyone from the credit department to the service de My Sales Representative, Vinnie Moya, was very pleasant and professional to deal with. In fact, everyone from the credit department to the service department was too. Going through TrueCar.com was easy and avoided most (but not all) of the typical car buying hassle. My car had to be picked up “at the docks” and was delivered in a few days on-time. Vinnie spent a nice amount of time explaining the features of the car. This is a very positive overall review, but I want to mention there were a couple issues. First, a small clip was missing from a trunk netting on the new car. I was promised it but I knew it wasn’t likely to every come (honestly, it’s so minor). Secondly, because of a Global Auto Mall computer problem, part of my credit info was accidentally sent to Chrysler in addition to Kia (I bought a Kia) which triggered some interesting correspondence from Chrysler. The bottom line is that I would definitely buy from Vinnie Moya and Global Auto Mall again (and that’s meaningful because I live 35 miles away). More

We were approached by Ray Azarcon and told him what we were interested in looking at. He was very easy going and NOT pushy at all! That is rare in a car salesman! He showed us the different models of the Jeep Grand Cherokees and when we settled on a model we liked he took both of us for a test drive. We fell in love with the Grand Cherokee Altitude. We had a trade in that they gave us MARKET value for. Yes you heard me correct, MARKET VALUE and we walked away with our new truck. I can not end this without talking about A.C who was the manager there. He was SO VERY helpful and worked with us on the numbers. We feel like we really just had the dream team that day. Also, once we were in the car and ready to leave, Ray came out and gave us a brief yet thorough tutorial on all the features that the car has and even helped us sync our phones for the blue tooth capabilities. Overall. once again, an amazing experience and I would recommend everyone go there for their next car!!! More
