We had every intention of buying a used Jeep in which Ray was very helpful with finding but we found that my wife was not able to get the driver seat into a safe position due to her height. Ray was never pushy and basically said if the car is not right it's not right. After further research I called Ray 3 weeks later, told him what we were looking for and within 1 hour he found several vehicles for us to look at. We walked out that night with our new Grand Cherokee Limited. Thanks Ray and Steve for patiently working with us and answering all of our many questions. More

Ray was knowledgeable, friendly and helped take away the stress of buying my new Jeep. He asked me what I was looking for, showed me what was available and did not pressure me into anything more. After I purchased the Jeep (for a great price!), he showed me how to use all of the features and sincerely seemed just excited as I was (and not just for the commission). Apparently I needed a lot of things done to my car and it was going to take awhile, he offered me a loaner overnight which made my day. When I arrived, I was greeted by Ray Azarcon who gained an understanding of where I was in the car buying process (pretty much at the initial phase), what I was looking for, and a general sense of my price range. Ray was extremely knowledgeable and patient and while he of course wanted to make a sale, his demeanor demonstrated a strong level of understanding and willingness to listen to my needs. I never felt pressured into buying a car but felt very committed to negotiating in good faith largely due to the time, commitment and patience that Ray demonstrated. In the end, I bought a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited at a great price.
