I purchased an Azera, which I had never heard of before, and traded in a trouble-free, 113K miles Sonata (bought from this same dealership in 2008.) Harold listened patiently as I explained the driving conditions the car would be subjected to and what I thought I needed. He then described a few models and gave me his recommendation. It was a very comfortable way to ease into a decision and I had no qualms about closing the deal. I was able to take the car home before the final contracts were signed. And when he delivered the car to me, he made sure I understood the car's features. I believe the people at Global know exactly the right formula to ensure a satisfied-customer experience.
