For once, this was really truly the best car buying experience I've ever had. My salesman was a straight shooter, no b.s., and I really appreciate that. Benson may have the stupid commercials, but global is honest, patient and your not just a number there. Will never purchase anywhere else but global again! (Not to mention, global has the world’s greatest service department! That was a major selling point for me as well,) More

I recently hit an object in the road causing damage to my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. Realizing that the damage was not a warranty problem I paid to have a lower control arm and new interior wheel liner ins my 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT. Realizing that the damage was not a warranty problem I paid to have a lower control arm and new interior wheel liner installed on the passenger side of the car. Because of the damage I also paid to have the front end aligned. Upon picking up the car, I was informed that the drivers side wheel bearing was making noise and should be taken back to the dealership for warranty replacement. I promptly forgot about the bearing and continued driving the car. After a number of days, the car started making noise and I remembered the comment about the wheel bearing. Upon examination I found that the bearing was extremely loose and immediately drove to the dealership. After checking in with the dealer and being informed that I should not worry, it would definitely be covered under warranty, and no charge to me. About an hour later, I received a call asking about the damage on the passenger side of the car and informed that, due to that damage, the wheel bearing on the drivers side of the car would not be covered. As far as I am concerned the dealer was only interested in being able to charge for obvious warranty work. My recommendation is to stay far far away from Global Auto Mall and Hyundai. They are pleasant but extremely unhelpful. More

Started with misleading advertisement of rebates that were not offered for that model of the car. Then, at the time of negotiations, the manager was not happy that I wanted to speak directly to him. He presented an offer that was double of the one advertised. I was asking him to sell me a car that is close to the advertised price, but he said that he did not have any, even though I went through the lot and had seen such a car. Then, he said that the car advertised is 2x4, when every car shown in stock on their website, at same price is 4x4. He basically lied to my face that it is a misprint. I pulled out the website and showed it to him, but he said that he does not care what is on the website and he does not look at it at all. He said that he has no cars at lower price even though I had seen one on the lot. He was not even looking in his system for a different car. He was not even trying to go down $10 from the MSRP for the car that we were discussing. No help at all. He basically did not want to sell a car to us. Also, he said that no one will sell me the car for the lease payment that I was looking to pay. Simply UNBELIEVABLE! Well, I went to Fullerton down the road and bought Jeep Grand Cherokee for the price that I wanted to get. And the customer service was superb! Don't ever go to Global Automall Jeep! More

This is our first car shopping. We called the office for the car we were looking and they confirmed they have the car available for test drive. As we walked in there the sales man, David wasn't sure if the the car we were looking and they confirmed they have the car available for test drive. As we walked in there the sales man, David wasn't sure if the car was available and took us for the search in the entire mall. He has one car available and he can't take it out since another customer saved it. He pushed to leave a deposit of $500 and said we'll get to test drive. We said we would never leave a deposit without a price range and not even having the car we wanted. He started talking like they don't have car for test drive now. We just walked out from there and will never go there again. Our first worst dealer. More
