No high pressure sales pitch, just friendly interaction and we received a great deal every time. Everyone from sales to management to the business office is very friendly and make you feel welcome. Their delivery process is quick and you are in and out in no time. We only had one slight problem with one of our vehicles and their Customer Service Manage Bill Bloom stepped in and help resolve the problem quickly and to our satisfaction. This is another reason why we only use Global, they are there for you all the time. They do not just sell cars, they do stand behind what they sell and will do anything to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Lastly Global's Service Department is great. Everyone is very helpful and take care of and service needs you have quickly. Their mechanics are professionals and do a great job. One the reasons we buy from Global is their service department. Jim was not only professional, but also friendly while going through the lease process with me. Jim showed great ability to ask appropriate questions and accordingly was able to offer me the deal that I could not walk away from. Overall, he is a thorough professional. I would also mention Danny Addonizio's name as part of my experience as he helped me to get my number plate installed on my car as well as provided me insight about Hyundai cars and its market. What a nightmare!! When I first went to this dealership, I thought they were going out of their way to make sure that I would be happy with my purchase. When I decided on a vehicle, my sales rep offered to I thought they were going out of their way to make sure that I would be happy with my purchase. When I decided on a vehicle, my sales rep offered to allow me to take the vehicle home for the evening to test it out a little bit and get my family's (children) approval. Right before I was to return the vehicle my sales rep contacted me to see if I liked the vehicle and told me not to return it that day, but later in the week when I was ready to purchase the vehicle. After a day or 2 I just couldn't get comfortable with the color of the vehicle. I contacted my sales rep and told him that I loved the vehicle but was hoping that they had it in a different color. It was there that everything took a nose dive. My sales rep told me that I had already purchased the vehicle, although I had not signed any paperwork or signed any financing paperwork for the purchase of the vehicle. I was later told to speak to his manager, Tom in financing. My conversation with Tom was even worse than my conversation with Ryan. I told Tom that I was returning the vehicle to the dealership. Instead of letting me speak, Tom informed me that if I did not agree to come into his office and work something out with him in regards to the vehicle he will report the vehicle stolen. Needless to say I returned their vehicle and took my business elsewhere. That same week, I saw the same vehicle, newer top tier model (2011), less mileage, in a color that I liked, with extra features that I found very beneficial for the same price Global Auto Mall was selling the basic 2010 model with more mileage and no features. I originally went in to look at preowned vehicles, but he put me into a brand new Chevy Sonic for the same price. I am more than thrilled with his (and Tommy Denapoli in Finance) flexibility, speediness, and ability to make me happy. My deal was done, and I drove off the lot the same day. SO HAPPY! I have never had an experience so unlike the typical "sleazy car salesman's tricks" you hear about. Scott was very straightforward and did not sugar coat anything. He was extraordinarily helpful as I came in today (In my new car!) to tie up some loose ends. He was more than happy to show me a few things I did not understand about the car, as well as answer questions I had about my plates, insurance, and payments. I could not recommend anyone more! More

I have been purchasing/leasing cars for 30 years and this is the worst dealership that I have ever dealt with. I have tried to purchase vehicles from this dealership on several occasions but did not. The dealership agreed to a price on the phone but when I went to the dealership to purchase the vehicle they gave me a much higher price. They will deal or give a price over the internet like many other dealers do. I know that the best price will not be given ubtil you are at the dealership but they will not even give you a ball park figure. They make you come into the dealership. I will never visit this dealership again. More
