You know .... I can't say enough about this dealership and the wonderful people I've dealt with there. My salesman (Robbie)did everything to help me locate the car with all the features I wanted and went and the wonderful people I've dealt with there. Rob did everything to make sure the car was ready with everything programed and tested for me before pickup. When I arrived he demanded my cell phone so he could program the car to recognize my phone and download my phone book. I ordered some extras from the parts department to install on my own (mudflaps and wheel locks). When I called Robbie after the sale to say hi and ask the hours for the parts room, he insisted on dropping the parts off at my house rather than me driving the 12 miles to pick them up. Robbie....If you ever see this...once again THANK YOU for all your help and hard work. The next gentleman I met at this dealership was Rick Schreck the service manager. Actually I ran into him while trying to find the mens room. Rick was not hard to find as his desk is located right at the front of the service area. I commented to Rick that this was the nicest cleanest most organized service area I had ever seen in my 52 years. Rick introduced himself, thanked me and asked me about the car I ordered. Rick then took me on the grand tour of the service area. Rick takes a lot of pride in his shop and it shows. I've only been in twice so far for oil changes but Rick is always there to shake my hand and check how my visit is going. Took my Chevrolet Malibu in for service yesterday. I have always serviced my Chevrolet at Global and when my brakes started making noise I went right down to Global. They took care of me right away. I think the service rep who helped this time was named Greg. As the entire staff does, Greg provided a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done. I needed to get my rotors resurfaced and new brake pads with oil change. Fast, dependable and knowledgeable, I would recommend Global Chevrolet service to anyone. More

This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had in a car dealership. The car salesman left out details of the deal we made. I was there for 4.5 hours in total. I was exhausted by the time I signed the paperwork and didn't realize the numbers that were in the deal. I ended up paying more for this car then it is worth. I wish I had done my homework on this dealership before I went there. Stay away from this salesman. More

We all know that all salesmen are committed to impress and to be the "best friend" of the client. But Chris overwhelms the expectations. Since before I got into the store, even by phone, he was the most attentive salesmen I've met. We spoke around 5 times over the phone, and he convinced me to come to the store. After more then 5 hours with him inside the store, and around 15 cars seen, I had a great deal in a 2011 Sonata. During all the time in the store, even with his 60+ years old, he never showed any signs of discontentment, tiredness or irritation. He kept the posture of a gentlemen, with a low voice, answering all questions, with a lovely humor and running up and down inside the store, to get the keys of the cars we wanted to see. He is an example to be followed by the youngsters and a role model for all salesmen. He's got me as a client. If he moves to Cadillac, i'll have to start buying Cads.
