I went to global Auto Mall to purchase a new Jeep and trade in a 2 year old vehicle in perfect condition with low miles. I received a competitive price on the Jeep and was ready to buy. Then Craig Hor trade in a 2 year old vehicle in perfect condition with low miles. I received a competitive price on the Jeep and was ready to buy. Then Craig Horsch from used vehicle dept told me the price they were willing to pay for my trade in. It was $2,500 under what other dealers were offering. I asked to speak with Craig and he nervously changed his price higher once he realized I had documentation of the correct trade in value. I approached the sales mgt team and the trade in rate was changed again but it was still almost $800 worse than the competition. Bottom line... buyer beware and to educate yourself on trade in values pay $10 to find the "Real" value of your trade in from Galves.com More

I hate games and misleading comments and Carlos was sincere and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. What's more, after buying the car I have been extraordinarily happy with the service I've sincere and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Several employees have gone out of there way to be helpful even though there was no selfish reason for them to be. That, to me, is a great symbol of the culture of this dealership and why I'm so happy to have purchased my car from them (and Carlos). I also want to mention a particular person in customer service who is an absolute pleasure to deal with. I believe her name is Debra Skelton and she has such a positive and caring energy that you can't help but smile when you're there and feel cared about when you leave. I am writing to express my appreciation as a Global Auto Mall customer for the way that Global went above and beyond to help me handle a situation that came up with my business. Two weeks ago, I was waiting for my 2012 Hyundai Elantra to be finished with a routine oil change, and was getting dangerously close to the time when I needed to have a very important conference call with a major client. I went to Janisa at the service desk and asked her if there was a room where I could go to have my call so that I would not disturb other patrons. She told me about the new Jeep area that had opened up and recommended that I speak with someone over there. After explaining my situation to Mike Neglia and Seymour Johnson, who spoke with Bill Bloom, I was given access to a private glassed-in room with a desk and was able to have my meeting in peace. That was a pivotal meeting for me and my team and we were able not only to save a critical account but to lock in an extended commitment. This would not have been possible without the service-oriented team at Global Auto Mall. I would like to extend a special word of gratitude to Bill Bloom and his team for making the decision to go the extra mile and grant me the same professional courtesy that would be extended to vendors or business associates of Global. The original sale went fine. However I traded in a vehicle and it took them almost 30 days to send the payoff to the bank. In the meantime the calls started from the bank. Everytime I called I was told dont worry it will be payed off the next day. I also purchased GAP insurance and went to the dealership at the end of August to cancel it as I got rid of the car. I caled GAP today, 9-17-12 and the policy is still valid! I called the dealership and suprise suprise the person I needed to speak to was not answering and I left a message. More
