I arrived and was greetly promptly and courteously. I only waited 2 minutes to be taken by the service consultant. We completed a request for a specific car using TrueCar.Com, which in hindsight, I think was a mistake. Global Auto Mall was one of the dealers that responded with a quoted price for the make and TrueCar.Com, which in hindsight, I think was a mistake. Global Auto Mall was one of the dealers that responded with a quoted price for the make and model that we wanted. We called to confirm that they had the specific car that they quoted through TrueCar, and they told us "sure - come on in - and bring the certificate". We did just that and talked to Richard. Richard passed us on to their most "experienced" salesman (Chris) who would not look at the certificate we brought and left us at his desk without telling us where he was going for a good 40 minutes before he came back to bring us to a car for a test drive. I told Chris we did not need a test drive and asked directly if the car that was quoted on the certificate was available. He said he did not know anything about that. He went to get Richard who when pressed as to whether a car matching our request was available finally said no. When asked why he would say they had one if they did not, he said "they did have it, but sold it last night." More

I bought my 2006 Hundai Tucson new at Global Auto Mall, and I have taken it back there for all its' servicing. I have dealt almost exclusively with Greg because he understands exactly what I need to have and I have taken it back there for all its' servicing. He constantly keeps me posted on the progress that is being made while I wait. He is very professional, courteos, and helpful. I trust him to let me know what I need to watch for as the vechile gets older. I have 101,848 miles on it! I am always treated like I matter to all the people I deal with in the service department.
