My rating for this dealership is based primarily upon the service rep. with whom I have dealt over the past several years. Greg is a terrific service rep who not only makes certain that the vehicle is thorou service rep. with whom I have dealt over the past several years. Greg is a terrific service rep who not only makes certain that the vehicle is thoroughly checked at each service appointment, but he does not suggest to replace or repair expensive items that he believes can wait at least until the next service appointment. He very much has the customer's interests and pocketbook in mind, which is much appreciated. I have had one instance in the past when the vehicle had to be returned because the replacement part installed was defective, but Greg made it a point to get me in right away and arranged for a loaner car, so that I would not miss any further time from work. If I purchase another Jeep in the future, I would not hesitate to go to Global, and strongly recommend Global to anyone looking to buy one of the brands they sell who reside or work in Union, Somerset, Morris or Middlesex counties within NJ More

Overall, I had a good experience with GAM. I had a good experience with the sales process with Ryan Yoon. Ryan was very nice and helpful throughout the sale. I will continue to use their service department - this is despite a glaring service mistake on their part. I was getting the first oil change on my new Kia Optima SX (turbo). They put in the wrong oil - 5w-20. The turbo requires 5w-30. This information is not only published in the car's manual, but is also clearly visible on the oil cap. I questioned the service rep on this, who was positive 5w-20 was the right grade and that my car did not need 5w-30. I reluctantly took the car home and confirmed the mistake immediately, both in the manual, oil cap, and through internet research. I made a few calls back to the dealership and they finally got back to me and agreed about the mistake. I brought the car back in, they changed the oil, and Rich offered me free service for my next visit. I appreciated his honesty, and his offer. The car will be fine, but I really hope that this incident struck a chord with them and they will do the obvious service checks and balances. It would be extremely unfortunate if others have been unknowingly receiving the wrong grade of oil. More

I went in for scheduled service, just an oil change. i was treated with courtesy, my car was serviced quickly, it was washed, and I was on my way very soon.
