I went in for scheduled service, just an oil change. i was treated with courtesy, my car was serviced quickly, it was washed, and I was on my way very soon. New car buying has never been a really pleasant experience for me, I almost always feel that I have been taken advantage of. It seems to be the case that even after you have aggreed to purchase a new car you can't get out of the showroom in under 5 hours. Doug had us out in under 2. We traveled quite a distance to vist Global Auto Mall and the service that we received so far has made it worth the trip. I only regret that we probably won't be able to use them for service since it is so far away, I would like to be able to see how they do on the service side. Over all a great experience. More
