I have been going to Global since 1997 and I would NEVER go anywhere else. The Service Dept. employees treat you with respect & great knowledge. New car buying has never been a really pleasant experience for me, I almost always feel that I have been taken advantage of. It seems to be the case that even after you have aggreed to purchase a new car you can't get out of the showroom in under 5 hours. Doug had us out in under 2. We traveled quite a distance to vist Global Auto Mall and the service that we received so far has made it worth the trip. I only regret that we probably won't be able to use them for service since it is so far away, I would like to be able to see how they do on the service side. Over all a great experience. More
We visited the dealership twice. Jhon Pierre was friendly, answered all of our questions, and found the perfect car that we both were looking for in the price range we could afford. This was my first time buying a new car and it was probably very obvious that I did not know much about cars and the new car process. Checked out other dealerships and brands and always felt as though probably very obvious that I did not know much about cars and the new car process. Checked out other dealerships and brands and always felt as though they were taking advantage of my age and not knowing much about cars. Then I went to Global and started working with Antoine. He took my friend and I on a test drive of the 2012 Kia Sportage and let us really drive around to get a feel of the car. He knew a ton about the car itself and was very upbeat about it. When we got back, he wrote everything out honestly and understood that I had to take the quote to my parents before I could commit. He did not say ONE pushy or uncomfortable thing about when I was going to buy it or what he had to do to get my business. When I did commit, he was very nice to my mother (who is a skeptic of car salesmen) who thought he was great. He drove 5 hours round trip to Delaware on his day off to get it for me. He was so nice and made the entire experience pleasant. I'm SO happy with my Kia Sportage! It's exactly what I was looking for and I would definitely recommend Antoine to anyone looking for a Kia. More

I am still getting used to dealerships outside of Michigan, but Greg at Global is friendly and knowledgeable. My car was serviced in the time promised. Barbara was very helpful trying to get me the best deal for my Kia optima. She was have problems getting me the color that I wanted for the car but she got me the upgraded model with all my options that I for my Kia optima. Greg was very professional from start to finish during my recent service visit to Global Automall. Couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Although not Greg's fault, my brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Che recent service visit to Global Automall. Couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Although not Greg's fault, my brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 4,000 miles suffered some minor damage to the front bumper while the service tech was driving into the garage to begin routine first oil change service to my vehicle. Greg and the service tech were extremely appologetic and immediately brought my Jeep to the body shop for repairs after first competing the oil change service. I was promptly provided with a loaner. This all happened on a Monday and by Friday of the same week my Jeep was repaired like new. My only gripe, I felt I should have been offered some future free service on my vehicle for my "pain and suffering" and inconvenience to my brand new Jeep. Other than that, so far so good with my Global Automall experience from sales to service. By the way, I purchased my vehicle in February 2012. Mark Dalyai More
