Greg was very professional from start to finish during my recent service visit to Global Automall. Couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Although not Greg's fault, my brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Che recent service visit to Global Automall. Couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. Although not Greg's fault, my brand new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 4,000 miles suffered some minor damage to the front bumper while the service tech was driving into the garage to begin routine first oil change service to my vehicle. Greg and the service tech were extremely appologetic and immediately brought my Jeep to the body shop for repairs after first competing the oil change service. I was promptly provided with a loaner. This all happened on a Monday and by Friday of the same week my Jeep was repaired like new. My only gripe, I felt I should have been offered some future free service on my vehicle for my "pain and suffering" and inconvenience to my brand new Jeep. I live an hour away from this daler, I was referred by consumer reports. The price was terrific I spoke to the sals rep. and he instructed me to complet the credit app. on their website to proceed with t consumer reports. After they ran my credit, they refused to offer any more details over the phone and insisted I go to the dealer to discuss financing and monthly payments. I do not understand, they can run my credit via the website with me not being at the dealer, but they can't quote me financing and monthly payments. Also they informed my credit score was less than in actually is (I have FICO credit monitoring) I know my score! I requested to speak with a Sales manager and they would not let me speak to him. My experience with Global was very good overall; the process of purchasing new vehicle can be tedious and frustrating. Don Spann was my sales guy and he really was very good at building rapport with me process of purchasing new vehicle can be tedious and frustrating. Don Spann was my sales guy and he really was very good at building rapport with me and taking a lot of the pain out of the process. I felt he really dealt with me fairly and there was not a whole lot of back forth and I felt confident I was getting good deal at the end of the negotiation. Don really shined when on a busy Saturday he went the extra yard got the whole deal wrapped and the car prepped and ready for me to drive it away that afternoon. I would be happy to recommend Don and Global to anybody I know who are looking to purchase a vehicle. More
