This was my first service on my new Hyundai, and I didn't know what to expect. My previous service experience at other car dealers was a turn-off, but this was different. My car was ready sooner than expected, it was clean, and Tom personally went and got it so I wouldn't have to wait any longer than necessary. The waiting area and rest rooms are clean and comfortable. They have wi-fi, so I could do some work while waiting. They're very organized, the place is clean, and they communicate well. Tom even explained how long the next couple of service appts would take, so I could plan ahead. The whole experience was stress-free. More

Anyway as I walked in I was set up with my salesman Mr Christopher Dixon. I must say the serice was great! No sales pressure, worked with me as far as my budget, very patient, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We went out for a test drive and needless to say Im the proud new owner of a 2012 Kia Optima SX! I would highly recomment Global Auto Mall for friendly courteous service, No pressure at all! On top of all this, even after the sale I get calls to make sure everything is fine, tips on my car, best waxes etc etc. Now I mentioned Debbie Skelton as I went back to the dealer since I added a few more options to my car. So as I entered the service dept I was introduced to Debbie and she is also a pleasure to to talk with, she breaks things down perfectly as far as what you're getting and your options. They also offer a shuttle service which is great since I dont live far at all from the dealership, so I didnt really need a loaner. Overall the experience has been great!! Its like theyve known you for years. Trust me go there and experience it yourself, Ask for Chris Dixon! Tell him Raul with the silver Optima sent you lol and for service check out Debbie Skelton. Dennis worked out a great deal for me on a new Jeep lease. He was friendly, and relaxed and "walked" me (and my forms) through the various offices for processing. I purchased a 2012 Hyundai Accent. They were extremely busy and I knew that my wait would be long; however it was well worth the wait!!! This dealer was a little bit farther to travel than the others, but had the best price offer. My sales rep was Danny Addonizio. He was very helpful and understanding of what I wanted to get and what I could afford. The experience was hassel-free; the paperwork was minimal as you can go online and start there. My son-in-law purchased a 2012 Hyundai Sonata that day with me. That is another reason why my time spent there was twice as long, but we were both very happy with the end results. Danny has the skill of listening to what you want and what you need. He explained all the terms and conditions so that you understand them and all questions get answered. I love, love, love my new car. I highly recommend visiting Global Auto Mall before you buy your next car. More

Mr. Spann was very accessible when we needed to talk to him and within 3 months we contacted him for our next vehicle. We told Mr. Spann what we needed in our next vehicle, Mr. Spann showed us a 2012 Hyundai Accent which was exactly what we were looking for which lead to us purchasing the 2012 Hyundai Accent from Mr. Spann and Global Auto Mall. We will tell everyone we know that is in the market for a new vehicle to go to Mr. Spann and Global Auto Mall because of the great experience we had in purchasing our two vehicles. More
