After researching for a few months on a new car to purchase with my wife we had narrowed our choice down to a Kia Sorento EX. I called my credit union to apply for a loan and they had suggested using purchase with my wife we had narrowed our choice down to a Kia Sorento EX. I called my credit union to apply for a loan and they had suggested using their in house web utility to look at the car. Once I was done putting in the car and the options that we wanted it prompted me with a list of dealerships. Global Kia being at the top of the list along with two others in the region. Rich Kudolla contacted me the next day to acknowledge that he had received my request on a vehicle. So I replied back asking him if he would be able to make time for me and my wife to come down and look around. Rich gave me a call and setup some time for the following day. My wife and I (with my father-in-law) went over to Global and met with Rich. He talked to us about what we had requested for a few minutes saying how great these cars are. Then he introduced us to Julio and said "Julio is my top guy and he knows these vehicles backwards and forwards. So you should be in great hands." Rich wasn't kidding. We told Julio what we were looking for. A dark cherry Sorento EX is what we said we wanted. He had two on the lot. He let us take a Sorento out for a test drive. When we got back he had let us know that the specific car with the options we wanted wasn't available on the lot and that he had a similar one in two other dealerships if we were interested. He also said he wanted to see other options that were available. We sat down with Julio and discussed the model that we test drove. It was much more of a premium car than my wife and I were looking for. Julio asked if he could talk to his mananger to see if there was any way that they could get close to what we wanted price-wise with what we had test driven. After Julio got back he gave us two options. One was that he had another Sorento that he could "setup" with what we wanted minus 3rd row (big need for us) and that it would be the AWD model OR two, we could get the model we test drove which had the premium package and a few other bells and whistles. He gave us the price on both. My wife and I talked it over and decided to take the premium package car since Julio was able to work with his manager such a fantastic price. We just couldn't say no. After we agreed on that Julio introduced us to Cirillo Espinal who is one of the finance managers at Global. Cirillo talked to us about our finacial plan regarding the car loan and said that he would do a better deal than my credit union could. Not only did he do a better deal, Cirillo got us a better warranty on the entire car. Nobody beats Cirillo he stated. And that is the truth. We drove home with our new Sorento and have been enjoying it ever since. I highly recommend taking the time to go out to Global and experience the same great level of customer service that my wife and I received. These guys are great. More

Greg did an excellent job taking care of me and the Jeep. The verdict is still out on whether the vehicle is 100% fixed. Brought Jeep Cherokee in for a tapping in noise in engine. After working on it the tapping noise in engine was quieter but not completly removed. I was told that some noise will still be heard. The vehicle is brand new (purchased in Dec. 2011, 7000 miles on it) and when I bought it there was NO noise. So my concern is why should I hear any noise. I will continue to see if noise gets worse... if so back to Global. More
