My name is mrs. Colon, my husband died three months ago and didnt know where to bring my car. A friend told me to take it to global automall on rte 22. I know christmas is in December but i met a great per and didnt know where to bring my car. A friend told me to take it to global automall on rte 22. I drove into the service garage and was met by a nice young man who intructed me to go to the front counter they were so very nice and asked me to wait and while i was waiting there was a man who greeted everyone and was joking with everyone. I thought he was a greeter hired to greet everyuone as they came in. When my name was called that same man took care of me. he said his name was Rick the service manager I figured i'd end up with a huge bill and being taken advantage of but i wasnt my bill was only $70. We talked for a minute and i told rick i was by myself and he said well no longer you are now a part of the Global family he told me I could call anytime or stop down anytime for anything it doesnt even have to be for just the car. In December 2011 I purchased a new Chevy Tahoe at Global AutoMall. My wife and I have been a two-car family for 45 years and I have probably owned about 25 or more cars during that time period, of which ma AutoMall. Approximately two weeks ago, while washing my new Tahoe, I noticed a flaw in the paint. I did not know know whether or not this would become a big hassle when dealing with either the dealership or G.M. I took the car back to Global AutoMall and this is when I had the pleasure of meeting Rick Schreck, Service Manager. Mr. Schreck looked at the problem and within 15 minutes he was on the phone with the body shop where he then sent me. At the body shop, the problem was taken care of while I waited aproximately 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the service and I am enjoying my new Tahoe very much. I am glad that I chose Global AutoMall. I also want to add that this is my third Chevy Tahoe and the second one which I have purchased from Global AutoMall.
