Worst Experience I’m sorry that the Chevrolet brand has to be represented by Global Automall. Countless times have I given Global the opportunity for my service or I’m sorry that the Chevrolet brand has to be represented by Global Automall. Countless times have I given Global the opportunity for my service or to service my current lease only to be smacked in the face with the reality that they don’t want my service. I will no longer go to Global Automall for any car or truck that I own regardless of make or model. I have been lied to, ignored, and even stranded after an Uber that was supposed to take me back to my house, brought me to the wrong address and did not want to bring me to the correct location because the address was not what they were provided. I’m not sure what else there is to say aside from I’m sorry for giving you my time and the countless others that you will lose in the future due to such poor service. More

When we got to the dealership we were greeted by Riley who took very good care of us every step of the way. He was full of energy , answered any question we had , went over the vehicle with us. The next day we came back to pick up our Chevy 1500 Fernando in F&I took care of the paperwork with us he also did a great job.
