I was able to get a reasonable price from multiple dealers, However Global gave me the best price, the 1st time, without having to haggle and the car was delivered in about 1 hour. I went to Global first and than decided to shop the car. I learned very quickly that Global gave me a very fair price upfront. In the end I went back to Global to buy the Car because I trusted the salesperson. Global buying process was very ethical. It turned out I never needed to leave the dealership to get the best deal. JP was our sales person and this last time we told him what we wanted in the truck and color.he got the color right but when I asked him about the back up camera and digital display he said you can have it installed. WHY well the bottom line was all he was interested in was making the lease and I got stuck w a 4 year lease with a car I hate .he took advantage of me . now service was always great but today I had an app for a oil change and tire rotation . Igot there at 745 for a 815 app. well to my surprise I did not get out till945. aand on top of that they charged me 70 dollars. the service dept said sorry and tried to give me a free car wash which I turned down because I am very pickey about my car. the inside dash had black tar on it. I was going to buy my last car from you whenthis nightmare lease was over but not now and I will not recommend you ever. I should be getting gold star service More
