Waited forever to purchase a new car, hate the whole experience and had just come from another dealer and was presented with a car I did not like and was given the runaround by the salesman/manager, in addition to having a higher price tag. Went into Global and was greeted at the door by Chris. He asked me what I was looking for and brought out the perfect car. One, two, three we settled on a price, he instantly got us financing and I drove the car off the lot an hour later. DIdn't get the song and dance of going back and forth on a price, etc. This was the most pleasant experience ever while looking for a new vehicle. Everyone was friendly, kind and didn't have an "attitude". Will definitely go back to Global for our next vehicle! Thank you Chris Santos and the team at Global! Love my new Tuscon! More
