The only issue I have with Global Auto Mall is that they Lost the Title to my 2004 Santa Fe. I delivered it to Nestor Martinez as promised and was made to feel like it was my fault it was Lost after receiving several phone calls, including by the General Manager. I was told that Nestor would come to my location to fill out paperwork so they could create a new Title but he never called or showed. I'm sure it was an oversight on their part, but you shouldn't continue hounding the Customer for something that was their responsibility. More
