The BEST OF THE BEST As I just stated, we have been long time customers of Global. The past 7 or 8 vehicles purchased/leased where all completed with Doug Shendell and we As I just stated, we have been long time customers of Global. The past 7 or 8 vehicles purchased/leased where all completed with Doug Shendell and we consider ourselves to be part of the Global family. We no longer go car shopping for the best deal because the best deal is with Doug at Global. He has our trust and respect for always making sure that we can afford the car we are purchasing and that we are happy with the vehicle. We know at any time we can pick up the phone and call him for advice if needed. The day we came we needed to get my husband in a larger Hyundai due to back surgery and Doug stopped what he was doing to work with us. He was surprised to see us as we just bought one car and leased another on the same day 2 years ago but first asked if everything was okay. We said yes just need to get a larger car for my husband as the Elantra was just a little to hard to get into with the back surgery. I believe over the past 20 years we have purchased so many cars through Global that I lost count. Thank you Global and especially Doug for treating us like family. More
