Typical. Will say anything to get you in the door. Even after explaining to Guy Harris why I needed to trade in my lease, because other dealers had been sneaky and lied to me before about hidden fees, Even after explaining to Guy Harris why I needed to trade in my lease, because other dealers had been sneaky and lied to me before about hidden fees, he and Global Auto Mall tried to do the same thing. I went on a Thursday and was told one thing. Came back on the following Monday with my husband, was told something even better. Waited 2 hours for the finance manager and Guy to realize there was a "mistake" and they "forgot to add taxes and fees" to the quote. What is this? Amateur hour? Thought that was a basic part of car buying. If you wanna waste your time and most likely be fed a bunch of BS, please by all means go to auto mall and ask for Guy. Tell him Katie DaSilva sent you.
