Interesting experience My car buying experience was overall pretty positive. Although I was well versed on the car before going to the showroom, my sales person (Geoffrey C My car buying experience was overall pretty positive. Although I was well versed on the car before going to the showroom, my sales person (Geoffrey Champion) had great knowledge and was very relatable. Note: some salespeople are not well versed on these vehicles. I mentioned in the survey about a cost that was added. It had to do with an out the door agreed upon price but manager came back with a $400 dollar registration/etc fee even though there was already another high enough fee for the documentation. I understand that some fees are high in NJ and I always negotiate them. It wasn't a deal breaker but again we had an agreed upon out the door price. Overall the negotiation process was as expected and I felt I got a good deal along with dealing with a good salesperson. There is one issue that the dealership could improve on and that is the use of those hideous big plastic advertising stickers that they stick right above the Genesis logo. It is sooo out of place for a vehicle of this caliber and class. If the sticker was classy looking and looked like it belonged on the car is one thing, similar to a mercedes dealership I've seen, but a horrible, tacky and kiddy looking big sticker does not belong on a car that's competes with bmw's and audi's. I was glad that the dealership took care of this with no questions asked. I would recommend this dealership to others. They were much better than a competitive dealership I tried out just for a test drive. I wasn't ready to buy back then but the experience wasn't as good as Global. More

Just an honest salesman doing a great job for the dealership I had been shopping around for a car since my lease was ending 5/30/2016. Had spent a month or so looking at local dealerships and their inventory. I had been shopping around for a car since my lease was ending 5/30/2016. Had spent a month or so looking at local dealerships and their inventory. I found a car that I really liked and walked into Global Auto Mall 5/7/2016 to look at my car. I encountered a young man named Matt Rieger. He had been doing sales at this dealership maybe 3 months or so but was very knowledgeable about his craft. What he was unsure about, he checked with a more experienced team member and did not try to blow smoke up my butt or mislead me. That is a trait that I truly like in a salesperson. I got a great deal on my car. My only slight complaint was the internet department not being up on certain promotions. But at the end of the night....I drove home in a great car. Thanks again Matt.
