If I have to mention one negative thing, it would be the manager who - after 4 hours at the shop where we had missed our dinner appointment and were frankly tired - came rushing out of the office, telling us that we HAD to take the car now. I asked if we could make the down-payment at this time, but physically pick up to car the next day. It was late, and dark, and I would much rather had looked at the car in day light. In no uncertain terms, he told us that since HE had to pay interest for each of the vehicles on the lot, the car HAD to leave the lot now!! - or he would not honor the price. Customer service is not about him. How HIS business runs is not my concern. When investing $30K, I don't want to be told what HIS issue is. It was not a pleasant approach, and since I was willing to commit to the purchase, and make the down payment, there should have been no reason, not to grant me the request of pickup the next day. More

He listens, he won't waste your time, he always comes through and most importantly, he is consistent. I don't feel like I was taken advantage of when I shop with him. When your buying a car, you can spend a few challenging hours waiting for an approval or just figuring out what car you actually want, but with him, the time flys and your actually not in there for long. Again. He is consistent, he has a book on his desk with pictures and testimonials to prove it. The dealership is very nice too, they are very accommodating and have a big inventory. Sammy arranged for us to test drive both vehicles and explained the features of both vehicles, we decided on the 2016 Tuscon. I sent Sammy an e-mail with some questions after purchasing the vehicle and Sammy responded promptly even on his day off. MUST READ!! Currently I am a rising senior at Rutgers University trying to fulfill an Astrophysics and computer Science major along with a math minor, while being Currently I am a rising senior at Rutgers University trying to fulfill an Astrophysics and computer Science major along with a math minor, while being a commuter. In addition I had to fulfill many financial obligations at home. I mentioned this, to show that I am always busy and not easily scammed. The reason I went to the dealership was because I was involved in a no fault car accident, after I brought the NEW car a month ago. I encountered many financial difficulties so I went ahead and looked into a more cost friendly decisions When I first entered the dealership I wasn't sure that I would buy a used car, especially the Hyundai Elantra. It was very cost friendly but that threw me off. But then I met SAMMY CHOW. He was very helpful through out the process, very informative and knowledgeable. It wasn't like I was communicating with a salesman, but with a very close friend. He made me feel very comfortable during the process, plus he didn't pressure me unlike other places. He explained diligently how the 100K warranty works as well as the roadside service, introduced me to workers from the service department, and even went through the hassle with me to try different cars. In addition he guided me through the carfax and the different checkpoints made by the dealership dor each individual cars. Once I agreeded to purchase the car, I was directed to CARLOS SILVA, worker in the finance department. He went through many lengths to explain the different part of the warranty (bumper to bumper coverage, powertrain warranty and Gap insurance) and the benefits extending the warranty. He advised me the smart and right choice to make, due to the fact that it is a used car and that I did have a large sum as down payment. During the payment proccess, I handed over the check issued by the insurance company. However many many complications arose. Since the check included 2 people not 1, they couldn't accept it unless both are present. Based on financial difficulties after the accident I didnt have sufficent funds in my account. However they allowed me to complete the sales agreement if I wrote a check and he would wait a week for the money to transfer. After I successfully completed the transaction, the bank mentioned that the check would take 2 weeks to process such a large amount. I swiftly noticed Carlos, and mentioned that it wouldn't be a problem. If I were to buy another car or recommend anyone, I would 100% recommend SAMMY CHOW and CARLOS SILVA doubt in mind. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. -Navi Chio More
