Great Dealership I went to the dealership to test drive a used vehicle. On arrival I was greeted by the sales rep. Othello Benson. While talking to him I decided to in I went to the dealership to test drive a used vehicle. On arrival I was greeted by the sales rep. Othello Benson. While talking to him I decided to inquire about my options in buying or leasing a new vehicle. Othello explained my options and suggested a vehicle. We test drove, Othello explained all the features of the vehicle patiently and we decided to lease it. Othello was very kind and did his best to get the price within the budget I gave him. I am not quite sure that I got best price but that was due to my mistake of researching on a car and trying to buy another that I did very little research on. Marco Panatieri, from finance department, took care of the paper work. He was also very professional and kind and everything went quite smoothly with him too. Othello himself drove my new car to my home, since I had to drive to work. They also called us the day after the delivery to see how we are doing with the new car. The plates were ready shortly for us to pick up too. I also needed to take my vehicle to the service department a few weeks after I got the car because of a small issue. The issue was fixed quickly, I was shuttled from and to the dealership as promised by the service department, and the service department staff were also very nice and helpful. I worked with other dealerships, but these guys are in a completely different class. Definitely recommended. More
