She is consistently a joy to work with and I am always relieved when I see she is who I have been assigned to when I come in. Despite a hectic environment, Angelica always takes the time to not only be courteous, but to more importantly explain the situation in a way that makes sense and makes me feel comfortable. With my last vehicle, she stayed well past closing multiple times to ensure I had everything I needed and that I was satisfied. At the end of the day, when every dealership is selling the same product, it's service that sets you apart and Angelica helps you do just that. More

The Worst of the Worst This dealership is by far the most deceptive, and the absolute worst, dealership that I have ever seen. Once I took home my new car, and all of the documents, I realized that the dealer employees have lied and cheated about many of the details of the purchase. Unfortunately, that was too late. I was stuck with the sales contract that I had signed a few hours earlier. I blame myself for falling for the lies of the salespeople of this dealership, and for extending some trust to the dealership employees. In all fairness, just before going to this dealership, my next door neighbor advised me against this dealership. Unfortunately for me, I did not take the advice too seriously, and I paid for that decision in dollars and in aggravation. The service department is just as bad as the sales department- you might say a matched system. All service people are curt and sometime downright rude. The waiting time for service is always very long, in a very crowded and uncomfortable room. More
