My Lucky Day! I went to Global Auto Mall just to take a look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee after being a loyal Toyota 4Runner driver since 2003. I wasn't sure if I wa I went to Global Auto Mall just to take a look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee after being a loyal Toyota 4Runner driver since 2003. I wasn't sure if I was ready to cross over to the world of Jeep, but after Ray took me for a test drive, showed me the features in the Jeep, and gave me a price that matched the old vehicle I was already driving, I was almost completely sold! The only problem was that the Jeep I wanted in white was not in the inventory. Well, it was my lucky day! Ray did some extra footwork, and found the exact SUV I wanted in the color I wanted! He also helped me get out of my old lease and insure my new vehicle. I walked out of Global Auto Mall a happy customer thanks to Ray! More

Doug was an absolute pleasure to work with and went out of his way to find us the exact Santa Fe Sport (in the snow) we were looking for. There was no high pressure sales talk just Doug sharing his knowledge and expertise of the Hyundai line. A salesman can make or break a deal and in this case Doug was the deal maker.
