I am giving my rating because of the fine4 experience during my service. I arived for my scheduled appointment on time and within 5 minutes, on a saturday no less, my car was ready to be serviced. I have purchased 2 cars from Francisco Chaparro (Hyundai Elantra and Jeep Commander) and he has been great. I recently purchased a new Elantra from Lester Glenn in Toms River (about 40 min from home). Rick was so accomdating and even though I did not purchase my vehicle from this facility, he agreed to honor my free lifetime oil changes in exchange for having them provide my regular maintenance service. I am so thrilled and appreciative of this. If this is an indication of how they run their total business, I would highly recommend them! More

He is kind and goes over my service reports in detail and keeps me informed with the recommended maintenance for the mileage that my car is at. More

When I arrived at the service desk I was given a token for a free cup of coffee then proceeded to speak with Greg Terracciano who I found to be friendly and easy to work with. My car was ready right on time and the work done was to my complete satisfaction and to top that, the price was much lower than I expected it to be. They even gave me a free car wash! GLOBAL ROCKS!! Greg explained all the service that my 2009 Jeep would require. He expalined that the harsh winter may have taken a toll on the differential. Everyone was friendly and the place was clean and organized. I was able to make an appointment on line and my car was being looked at 5 minutes after I arrived. The problem was found and brought to me within a half hour, and it was fixed and I was rolling out the door in about 90 minutes total. I waited on site, and Tom kept me updated, which is good. It seems so much longer when you hear from no one, so to be updated once in a while helps the time pass more quickly. This was my third trip there and the experience has been consistent. More

My car is about a year old and I had a problem and was stranded on the highway. Roadside assistance came to tow me to the dealership to get the car repaired. When I called my dealership to let them know, they weren't too willing to help - especially with a loaner car (even though I'm supposed to get one). I called the other nearby dealer, which was Global Auto Mall, and spoke to the service manager - Rick Schreck - who was immediately willing to help, even though I didn't purchase the car from them. They were out of loaner cars, so Rick called a local car rental company and arranged for a car for me. When I arrived, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They diagnosed the problem, ordered the new part and fixed the car in two days. When I returned to pick up the car, they were again super friendly - from the service managers Rick and Tom, to Vito and the other mechanics, and even all the girls at the desk. They tested the car thoroughly to assure there wouldn't be a repeat problem, and gave me back my car freshly washed. I honestly can't believe how friendly and accomodating everyone there was, especially considering I didn't by the car from them, this was my first time there, and they were fixing a warranty part so I wasn't paying anything for the work. I plan to have my car serviced there in the future, and would highly recommend to anyone to use the service department at Global Auto Mall. And I will seriously consider buying my next car from them simply because of the experience in the service department. More
