Had a service done on Saturday May 14, 2011, and though it was busy, they took the jeep and did the service fairly quickly. Check-in went smoothly. Submitted information to the friendly receptionist who offered me coffee. Met with a service advisor a few minutes later to review service rerquests. Today I had an exceptional experience at Global Auto Mall, in no small part due to Mr. Nesbit's friendly and attentive service. He greeted me soon after I submitted my claim receipt to the receptionist Mall, in no small part due to Mr. Nesbit's friendly and attentive service. He greeted me soon after I submitted my claim receipt to the receptionist and told me I would have to wait only an hour for the oil change to be performed on my car; I'm happy to report that the service was completed in the time promised and for a reasonable fee. Mr. Nesbit and the employees who performed the service on my car made a pleasant experience out of something I would normally find bothersome and time-consuming. I would absolutely return to Global to get my car serviced, and I would recommend it to my relatives and friends without hesitation. I purchased my car in the beginning of this year. This is my first service visit - oil change. Mr. Tom Nesbitt was very nice and helpful. The guys in the service dept were nice and courteous.
