Very impressed with Global Imports! It's always tough to move to a new state and leave behind all of your "go to" people. So I was nervous to go to a new dealership in a new state but my previous dealer rec move to a new state and leave behind all of your "go to" people. They listened to what I was looking for and what I could pay, and delivered beyond my expectations. Everyone was really nice and Abel was amazing at making sure I understood all of the features of my new car. And what would usually take a whole day to get done was wrapped up in just a few hours (thanks Brandy!). Getting into a new car is often stressful and time consuming, but Global Imports actually made the experience fun! Thank you! More

Very bad experience with the service department. I think a Kia dealership will offer better service than yours. More

So I work for Echopark which is sister company’s to sonic automotive I first visited the lonestar Chevy dealership in Texas and it was the worst experience ever. So I then started shopping at our Global BMW automotive I first visited the lonestar Chevy dealership in Texas and it was the worst experience ever. So I then started shopping at our Global BMW store in ATL. From start to finish was a complete 360 from what I experienced at the Chevy store. I first was introduced to Ashley and she has the most laid back and easy going attitude. She made me feel like I was at home. And in no time she directed the right person to me she even followed up and congratulated me after everything. and then that’s when I met chevene he was very helpful and quick about making this deal happen. The original car was sold before I could get it but in less than 20 minutes Chevene had a replacement exactly like it. You guys have a fantastic team in Atlanta with a Great culture. More

This. Isomers is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! It is a great buying experience as long as you don’t have any issues. I bought my first Bmw there and didn’t have any issues with it in 2015. Recently I have had engine issues (after several other issues... that are still not fixed) and they are not willing to do anything about it. I. Order for me to get a new car, they want me to tack on $6K plus all the other normal fees that come when you get a new car. My car only had $19k miles. According to KBB, it is $8K more than. I owe. It’s never been in an accident and they put a fraudulent accident report on carfax. It is totally ridiculous. I am currently looking into my legal issues. Travis Robinson is the sales guy. Do not use him. Peter Bearsch... is over that location... totally awful. No customer service or follow up. Not to me stop. The Service Department is totally incompetent. More
