Very bad experience with the service department. Not worth going there again, I sure will service my BMW530I at another dealership in the future, picked up the car that supposed to be ready, not washed worth going there again, I sure will service my BMW530I at another dealership in the future, picked up the car that supposed to be ready, not washed nor vacuumed and even the oil change warning was not cleared after the service was done, not even sure they performed the service that I paid for. I think a Kia dealership will offer better service than yours. More

I just need to tell everyone how amazing Jamie is!!!!!!! While I am sure everyone in the service dept. is great, Jamie is amazing!!! She is so thoughtful and always seems to anticipate exactly what I need. While I am sure everyone in the service dept. is great, Jamie is amazing!!! I am still waiting on a call back from the service manager Daniel. I have brought my bmw up there 3 times to get my brakes fixed and they are still not fixed. The service advisor told me that it was a manager Daniel. I have brought my bmw up there 3 times to get my brakes fixed and they are still not fixed. The service advisor told me that it was advised to her that b/c of my brakes they will always squeak. Every time I stop at red lights or parking lots and I get ready to park all you here is this loud squeaking. It’s really embarrassing. People will just look. I just can’t imagine bmw making performance vehicles and the brakes supposed to squeak that loud. I left a message on Daniel voicemail, no call back. Called again and the rep told me she will leave a note on his desk, still no call back. I will be reaching out to bmw relations as well. This is such a horrible experience. It’s sad that out of my busy schedule for a brand and dealer you trust continue to let you down. More

Great Job Servicing my 750I BMW My Service Adviser Justin Bowen was very professional, communicated well and the dealerships's service department took care of all issues with my 750 My Service Adviser Justin Bowen was very professional, communicated well and the dealerships's service department took care of all issues with my 750 I BMW. And i was very impressed that your service team realized unbeknownst to me that I had a small radiator fluid leak. They fixed the issue and even replaced some hoses. I was impressed and will be sure to share my experience with my other friends that own BMW's.
