The best car buying experience ever!!!! I HATE to buy cars. I was looking for a car for my daughter who is just starting to drive. I researched for weeks, and had a list of cars, dealershi I HATE to buy cars. I was looking for a car for my daughter who is just starting to drive. I researched for weeks, and had a list of cars, dealerships, CARFAX reports ... you name it, I had it. On the internet, Gloucester Toyota Scion appeared to have the best pricing, so I figured I would try after several local dealerships did not really seem to be doing it for me. I arrived at 5 (closing at 6) and a very nice gentleman (JJ Johnson) came out to great me. I told him I wanted a used RAV4, and showed him my list. He immediately made me feel comfortable and took me to the car that was on top of my list. We did a test drive, and it was like being with a family friend. The car was perfect, and so was the sales person. He didn't try to close, push me to purchase, nothing like you experience with most car sales people. We got back, and I said this is it! JJ made me feel so at ease with the car and my decision. I was then treated to the best true close ever with John Williams. He guided me through the warranty process, but again no pressure. At Gloucester Toyota, you feel like you are dealing with family ... the kind you like to have Thanksgiving dinner with! I am so glad I drove the 45 miles to Gloucester, and will do it whenever I have a need for a car! Please go visit them! You won't be disappointed. More
Can't believe it! I came to this dealership in hopes of driving away a 4 door truck. And i did!! I was looking for what I thought to be impossible. And they really bent over backwards to make it work for me. I'm only paying a little more than I needed.... and I mean a little. Gene "cotton top" Brundege was my sales rep. Whom I spoke to a few days prior to going back to buy the truck. He was by no means pushy and was more than willing to listen to me and to work with sales manager Neal Wheat and business manager John Williams to find the financing I needed without running my credit through every bank out there. Everyone there is super nice and easy going with a relaxing atmosphere. I would most certainly recommend anyone to shop for their next Toyota at this dealership. I know I will return when it comes time to get my wife or myself our next Toyota. More
worst car buying experience ever! I have never been so disrespected and insulted as I was by this place! I was lied to Neal Wheat the finance manager and he lied his boss about me and I have never been so disrespected and insulted as I was by this place! I was lied to Neal Wheat the finance manager and he lied his boss about me and I have the email to prove it! It was clear from day 1 that Neal did not want to make the sale and even with a $57,000 check in his hand he still did not want to make the sale because he bold face lied about the check and returned the check with no explanation! Of course he went to his boss and lied about everything to cover his xxx and I can prove it! So, Neal has the support of the General Manager Steve, who acted if I was the one who was lying but that's ok because they both can explain and lie of course to the owner on why they missed on a $57,000 deal! I wouldn't go back to Gloucester Toyota now if they gave me the truck and I will be glad to write this review to every internet based dealer review I can. Plus, I am going to go right down the street to another dealer and get a much better deal so thank you Neal for saving me almost 60 grand and giving me the opportunity to go somewhere else to get a much better deal. So, if you want to be disrespected to, lied to, lied on, and mis treated like no other dealership can...please, come here and ask for Neal Wheat! More

Great experience I don't buy a new car very often, but Blake Jones made it easy for me to purchase my new RAV4. He even found rewards in my Toyota Rewards Card that I I don't buy a new car very often, but Blake Jones made it easy for me to purchase my new RAV4. 2006 Used Toyota Scion This was my first time buying a car by myself. And it was very exciting and smooth and quick. I already knew what type of car I was going to get when This was my first time buying a car by myself. And it was very exciting and smooth and quick. Lovely experience from local dealership The salesman happened to be someone I knew of in the community which made me feel less nervous and more trustworthy of him. The overall experience of purchasing the car was very good. Minor pre-existing scratches inside the used car were fixed at no cost to us after purchasing and in a timely fashion. After driving the car for 4 months, there hasn't been any issues and am still extremely happy, like the day I was handed the keys. More

2015 Avalon hybrid I was torn between the Avalon hybrid and another new car in it's class. It took me a while and Tommy was just as patient with me as anyone could be. I was torn between the Avalon hybrid and another new car in it's class. It took me a while and Tommy was just as patient with me as anyone could be. He repeatedly answered our questions - sometimes the same question 2 or 3 times. When it came to MPH the Avalon won hands down. I drove the car home - about 60 miles and couldn't be more pleased. More
