Raj was very good . . . Raj greeted us when we arrived. He wasn't pushy but inquired about what we wanted. We established that I wanted a 2017 Forte. I was quite tired when it was time to go negotiate so I called Raj and asked if I could come the next day to do the deal. He said yes. We were both satisfied with the test drive so went ready to negotiate. I was prepared with how much I was willing to pay - I came out $200 under my max so I was pleased. Then Raj turned me over to 'Jim,' the finance guy. He was bound and determined that I would buy the extended warranty for $2899 and I had to buy it that day. I repeatedly said no. I do not spend $3000 without research and planning so I continued to say no. I have no doubt that his arguments were valid, I just didn't want it 'now or never.' I was almost to the point of rescinding the sale due to his pushiness. Raj was great, Jim not so much. More
