Despite my repeated attempts to contact them, including phone calls and messages, my concerns were consistently ignored, leading to a significant level of frustration and inconvenience. The most concerning aspect was their failure to resolve the financial discrepancy. Not only was the promised payment not processed, but there was also a complete lack of updates on the situation, despite their initial confirmation of handling it. This experience has unfortunately overshadowed any initial positive impressions I had of Car Pros Kia Renton. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and responsiveness has significantly impacted my trust in their service and commitment to customer satisfaction. Although initially the basic service appointment seemed to go okay, there were some issues later that were unnecessary. When a customer has been inconvenienced, taken the time to call multiple times, email to go okay, there were some issues later that were unnecessary. When a customer has been inconvenienced, taken the time to call multiple times, email repeatedly to provide information - that was asked for by a service advisor - to resolve an issue and there is no response over several days, that is poor customer service. Additionally when there is no acknowledgement of a mistake by the dealership, no apology, that is also poor customer service. Mistakes happen but the way to correct them AND keep your customers is to communicate and respond - even if you don't know the answer to resolve a dilemma. That is being a professional. I'm not sure if it's a training issue and/or poor management but I won't be returning to this dealership. More

Reached out about a vehicle I was interested in to see about availability. They eventually got back to me about it. I told them that if I could put a certain down payment down and finance the rest and kee about availability. They eventually got back to me about it. I told them that if I could put a certain down payment down and finance the rest and keep payments under a certain amount, I would purchase the vehicle. They had me fill out a credit application and then never reached back out to me. I have reached out multiple times to check on the status of the application and got zero response. If they couldn't make the deal work with the payments I wanted, they should have told me so. So I have no idea if they actually ran my credit or not, but I'm not happy if they did and I have no idea what came back because they won't respond. They just sold the car that I had an application on as well according to their website, but still no one has reached out to me to let me know. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend. Glad I didn't end up purchasing from this dealership. More

I ended up purchasing a different vehicle and when I called and asked for my refund on May 16 I was told “oh yeah that car was sold the money will be on your account in a couple days”. Then on May 23 I get a text from Jackson the sales manager saying the vehicle has arrived and is ready to test drive. To my confusion I tell him what I was told on May 16. All he says is “ok thanks”. So this place clearly has poor communication between one another. So I call again the next day, May 24, and am told the manager is unavailable at the moment and a message will be left on my behalf. So the next afternoon (May 25) after not hearing from them I call again and am told the manager is out-of-office and he’s the only one who can help me and he will be back the next day and another message will be left. So hear we are the next day (May 26) and I still have not heard back so I call them AGAIN myself. I finally get ahold of the manager and am told I will receive my refund by end of day today. Well guess what, it’s the end of the day and I still do not have my money!!! This is theft and I haven’t received an apology! I’ve disputed it with my bank and i will take you guys to court if I have to!! So glad I bought Mercedes-Benz instead!! More

Do not bother making an online appointment for service - both times I have done that I was told afterwards that they do not show an appointment was scheduled. I have a time crunch on getting my oil changed as I have to have it done twice a year in order to not void my warranty, and since I have low mileage on the car I always do my second oil change in December. Since I was unable to get thru on the phone I scheduled online at the beginning of the month and the earliest they had an opening was Dec. 24th at 2 pm. When I called to confirm they were working on Christmas Eve since many places are closed or leave early that day, after leaving a second message I was called back and they left me a message, as I was doctor, advising that I have no appointment in their system, and there are no appointments available until January. I tried to call the service dept back but after calling numerous of their phone numbers to no avail, I got in touch with a person in the sales dept. and explained the situation..........he was going to have the service manager, Dorin, call me back - (I was told that Dorin was in that day). I did not receive a return phone call. I am beginning to feel like I am getting the shaft since I have free oil changes for the life of my car. This is the worst I have ever been treated by their service department and I feel they need to hire more people if they are so busy they can't take care of their customers. My current car is the second one I have purchased from them and right now I would not buy another vehicle there. I realize people are shorthanded and busy but it only take a few minutes to pick up a phone and call a customer to try to help them. I worked in customer service for many years and would never not return a phone call when someone had a issue such as this. The only reason I gave a 2 star is due to previous times I have dealt with them - this time would only rate a 1 star. More

I take a day off rom work to go up there sign papers because that's what I was told to do. I called again samething no one answers leave a message no call back. I call again today, two workers are going back and forth on the phone about taking my call. Sends me to vm. Call back immediately puts me on hold, no one answers or days anything. 15mkn after being on hold they answer just for the guy to tell me they lost my paper work. And tells me he can send it via email. But I was told I had to come in and sign which is why I took a day off. So lost wages there thanks!. Now apparently I have to resign the same paper because they don't know how to manage their business. Also called to speak with Mike the general manager and James who is supposed to be covering g for him. Both refuse to take my calls. I told them I want the cancelation back dated to when I can in to request it canceled. I will never buy another car from here again. Customer service all around is trash! Everyone refuses to help you unless you are putting money in their pocket! Currently making a complaint with corporate! More
