Exceptional Customer Service from Angel Vega I purchased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Guila Quadrifoglio from Gold Coast during the height of the Covid-19 outbreak. Angel Vega was my primary contact and he I purchased a 2018 Alfa Romeo Guila Quadrifoglio from Gold Coast during the height of the Covid-19 outbreak. Angel Vega was my primary contact and he was by far the best sales man I've even dealt with. Because I live in GA and the car was in NY good communication was a must and Angel did not let me down. Due to the outbreak I could not fly in to see the car so phone and text was our primary means of contact. Angel answered no less then 500 text messages from me during the transaction. He answered them during the day, at night, on the weekends, and always within a half hour. My text questions and requests weren't simple either. I requested pics of the car from certain angles, had questions regarding warranties, went back and forth on decisions and Angel stuck with me the entire time. He never got annoyed or put pressure on me. He always was professional and patient. I have never received this level of customer service from anyone and I've owned (not leased) more then 25 cars in my life. The price I paid for the car was truly outstanding and before I took delivery of the car Angel had all recalls and updates performed. I also requested (via a FCA bulletin) that 2017 springs be installed on a 2018 model and Angel got that done too! I literally couldn't be happier with the communication and customer service Angel provided to me. We texted so much that I sort of got to know him as a person which really helped make me feel comfortable with buying a car site unseen. When the car arrived in GA Angel called me to verify everything was ok which again shows his attention to detail. They included two Gold Coast hats and Alfa key chains in the trunk. After about two days of driving two issues arose with the car. One was a broken TPMS which was rattling around in the rim and the second was that the oil was above the max level. These two issues caused me to have to go to the local Alfa dealership to get them corrected. Once again Angel stepped in to cover the cost associated with the repairs (which was not cheap at all). He was very apologetic and stood behind his product and more importantly had my back. I already had the car in GA and the deal was complete so he could have easily walked away but he didn't. This again shows Angels level of support for his clients. Its been about two weeks Angel still texts to insure the car is operating flawlessly. I cannot thank him enough for the time he's taken to make me feel comfortable during this transaction. He provided exceptional customer service during a difficult time in the world. I will be buying cars from him in the future and would recommend him and Gold Coast to anyone looking to buy a high end car. Thanks Angel! More
