Service is not reccomended. I brought my 2010 Nissan Altima in several times to be serviced. Never had a problem with the dealership until the last visit that has me scratching I brought my 2010 Nissan Altima in several times to be serviced. I received my 21-point recommendation, I had a few things in yellow and definitely some in red, they worked on just the most important item the new “battery”? I needed the air filter changed due to the fires here in California and general maintenance. I am now having “fuel” issues and a erratic fuel gauge! I did not have that coming in. Furthermore, they never credited my service points to a lot of my prior visits. So, that makes me think that they do not care about me as a returning customer and one who would refer others to them. That is sad. More

Bad attitude for a bad work Bad service, they don't do the job you pay for. The next day they did the service my battery died they were supposed to test it the day before. our Pleasant Afternoon When Ron called and offered to help, I told him I wanted to replace my old 2015 Rogue with a new one with the latest safety features. When I told him how much of a discount I expected, he immediately said he could garauntee such savings. He asked what features we desired and helped us identify what trim package we needed. He called us back shortly thereafter and said he had found us such a car. He said we needed to come in to proceed further. When we arrived, he contued to be pleasant & knowledgeable. He introduced us to Deano, who proved to be quite helpful, finding us a second option with a different interior color. Delano also tried to get us a lower interest rate. Quon Tran was also highly petsonable and found us an even better interest rate. In summary, my wife & I left the dealership thankful for the pleasant, hassle-free experience. More
