Lo and behold when I showed up my truck was parked in front of the dealership. My mind set immediately went from lookiloo to purchaseloo. Needless to say the truck is now parked in front of my house. Sam was most knowledgeable, extremely helpful, courteous, and patient. All the staff was very courteous and friendly, which really surprised me even the bathroom was immaculate (definitely a sign of professionalism). Thank you Sam, Juan, and Betsy. Endless emails, text messages, etc. with all the details and pictures we could have asked for. We told him we wanted financing squared away even before we stepped foot back in the dealership and Sam delivered. When we arrived we selected the car, came up with numbers and were signing within 15 minutes. Sam, the financing department and all of his colleagues did everything they could to get us into the car we wanted with a monthly payment we were comfortable with.
