Purchased new Ram 1500 Visited dealer for the 1st time as a result of receiving Trucar quote from Rachel Kayser, Internet Sales Manager via email. Rachel met me at the front door of the dealership, introduced me to Matt Grounds, Sales & Leasing Consultant and told me Matt would arrange for me to see and test drive a new Ram I was interested in. Matt was polite, professional, knoweagable and patiently answered all of my questions. Matt did not sell me a vehicle that day, Matt helped me buy a vehicle that I wanted that day. I had of list of "must haves" in the new truck, and none on the lot met my needs, Matt took the time to locate the exact truck that I wanted "off site." Matt arranged for my old truck to be appraised for trade, and the new Ram to be delivered to Goldstein in Latham. Matt introduced me to Anthony Foote, Business Manager who provided me with financing options and additional coverage options. I selected the undercoating and rust protection based on living in the Northeast and the awesome guarantees. Matt met me the day I picked up my new truck, made sure that I had all of my questions answered and gave me a tour of the dealership so that I would know where to bring my truck for service and free washes too! The day after, Matt called me to see how I was doing with my new truck and if I had any questions. I didn't because Matt was extremely thorough, but I did appreciated his follow-up call. This was an excellent stress free experience thanks to Rachel for making the initial contact and most certainly Matt Grounds for being there with me throughout every step of my new purchase.
