I dealt with my salesman over the phone to purchase a new Town and Country. I showed up at the dealership at the agreed upon time to pick up my car and everything was exactly as described. The salesman told me that the owner was a hands on owner and if I ever had any problems with the dealership to elevate to the owner. More

Like a breath of fresh air compared to the "other dealership." Clean, nice smelling showroom. Everyone I saw was so friendly I didn't feel like I was in the way like I did at the "other dealership." Don't let the "other dealerships" reviews fool you I think they are either submitted by the employees or in front of the sales people at the dealership right after they make their purchase. I think most of us know people want to write reviews when they are angry. I wrote one for the "other dealership" and decided to write on for Goldstein. I don't feel they're getting a fair shake probably because they aren't hounding their customer's to write reviews on their behalf. Goldstein is great very patient and determined to get the price as close to your expectation as possible. Goldstein is in the business of selling cars not seeing how many ways they can screw people over and keep them as potential buyer's. They even have popcorn, hotdogs, donuts, coffee, hot chocolate and tea in their waiting area. I also loved that they had a play area for my two small sons to keep busy while we waited for service to be completed. Very family oriented and professional. Completely unlike the chaos of their competition. I Will definately consider them first next time and will definately send potential buyer's their way. More

I returned to this dealership for a promised "free" car wash 2 weeks after purchase. The service representative happily took my keys and disappeared. After further investigation, I found the car wash attendant who was apparently unaware of my existance. Eventually, I was able to retrieve my keys. I left with no "service" completed; never to return. More

Called the dealer to get some pricing an info on the phone, waited on hold for 15 minutes and nothing. Called back, waited for 10 minutes then drove there. Attempted to make an order for a new Jeep but the sales guys was so rude and didn't want to let me add what I wanted. He was so dead set on buying from their inventory but it wasn't what I wanted. Spoke with others about their service and apparently its worse than their sales team. Ended up speaking to Armory Garage and Langan Jeep. Both were wonderful but I ended up at Langan because they had the best price, hands down. More

i was visiting my family in NY and went into the dealership to drive a Town and Country. My husband had been offered a good deal on one "back home" and I needed to approve. I was very upfront with Mike Davey and told him that I wouldn't be buying a vehicle from his dealership and definitely not that day since I lived way out of state. Despite this knowledge, Mike spent just as much time showing me the features and going through "the shpeal" as if I were any other customer. if I didn't dislike the van so much, I would have considered buying one from him and driving it across the country! After a lengthy trail of email documentation. I accepted an offer to purchase a new 2011 Dodge Ram and to trade my vehicle from salesman Chris Snyder. It was the last day of the month. Chris and I agreed on a time to meet at the dealership so I could sign the PNS. He sent yet another email asking how I was going to be paying for the vehicle, even though this was also already discussed. He also asked if the "monies" would be available. I reminded him I was financing through my credit union and NO they wouldn't. As we needed to sign the PNS and forward it the the bank, then I needed to sign all the necessary paperwork for the bank. They then would cut him a check. OK was his response. A few hours later I arrived at GOLDSTEIN Dodge as scheduled. # 1 thing that wasn't as described MY new truck wasn't there. The VIN #'s. Didn't match. No problem though.....as the options were the same and the price also. Then the BAIT & SWITCH games began!! I sat down to sign and was then informed that since it was the last day of the month, It wasn't enough to just sign the PNS to secure pricing with the Dodge factory rebates/incentives. They needed to be able to log this vehicle in to the Dodge system as sold. So that meant I needed to purchase the vehicle and complete a bill of sale. They told me the ONLY way to do this was to PAY IN FULL IMMEDIATELY! They wanted me to write them a personal check for the balance of the new truck over my trade in which was $13,080.00. I told them that I did not have the funds to cover that check in my account. They told me it wouldn't be cashed "just held" until they got the "certified check". I opposed the notion of knowingly committing a felony and writing a BAD CHECK! I told them That I was very uncomfortable with the idea and that I thought it was a very underhanded way of conducting business! At this time my salesman Chris got up angrily and brought in back up. We now were dealing with Greg, who was a more refined crook! He reiterated all of the same BS. They showed me their "check holding" contract/ agreement. (Which I took and will report them to the Atty Generals office and the better business bureau and any other blog I find). Oh, AND at one point the check I was to write went up from the difference between the 2 vehicles to the entire price of the truck! The story kept changing! This check holding agreement form they use says right on it and in bold type, that the maximum amount of a held check is $1,000.00 and that said check WILL be available for deposit. And that Goldstein Corp. Will take whatever legal action is necessary to claim the funds! They had no answer as to why the form said maximum $1,000.00 check and they were asking for at first $13,000.00 + And then upwards of $30,0000.00! I had no choice but to get up and leave, NO SALE!!! After a few days, Chris called me back and I wanted to talk a little more about my trade-in offer. He showed me the invoice of the 300C to verfiy that it was under invoice, and he was able to offer what I wanted for my trade. Instead of a used 300, I got the color and engine size that I wanted, wit many more features for just a little more than I planned on spending and only 11 miles! I am extremely satisifed with the car and my experience, and never felt pressured to make a decision. More
