James, after reviewing your profile and supporting documentation and discovered that the inspection was completed, as well as you wanting to inspect the vehicle, at which point, you opted to move forward with purchasing a 22-year-old vehicle. The required parts were ordered to rectify the issue with the headlights. Regarding the title being "overnighted", if you could provide the name of the individual who promised you this service, it would be appreciated. Our employees have been with Chevrolet (and our store) for many years and would never promise a customer an overnighted title, particularly due to the fact that the title was coming from the state, not our store.
