The service that was provided was terrible. My car was promised on a Saturday morning when the tech wasn’t even and I had to go in to find this out and no one was going to call me. I dropped the car off the night before for a 720am appt. I called at 1030 and they didn’t know about my car. Then I called at 130 they said it would be ready in 15minutes. Also they didn’t tighten the covers on my rims I had to do it. More

Brought vehicle in for an oil change and 4WD diagnosis. 5 hour wait, after being promised about 2 hours to complete tasks. No updates, or communication. Thought I’d give them another chance after bad service 4 months ago, but this time was even worse. Horrible shop management in my opinion. That was the last time I bring my vehicle there for service.
