Now that your service center is open on Saturdays maybe you will get more business. The only thing that I didn't like was no communication when the car was done. When I dropped it off, I got a text from you will get more business. The only thing that I didn't like was no communication when the car was done. When I dropped it off, I got a text from Scott saying that I can text him with any questions but he never let me know if my car was done. I texted him 5 hrs later & he didn't answer me so I called the service dept # and the person who answered said that he would transfer me to the technician but it went to voice mail. I left a message but again, no one called me back so I called the service dept# again and I told the guy that answered what happened and he said the technician was busy talking to a customer & he took my number to give him to call me back. A few minutes, I did get a call back (not sure from who) saying my car was ready. To me it "sounded" like there was only one technician working in the service dept - I'm sure that's not true but it sure gave me the impression that was true. You need to hire more people & get better customer service in the future More

2019 Chevy impala was serviced. I believe the passenger side seal (rear door ) still needs attention.!!! The seal is not in all the way. its' still loose. The service was for the engine light on and to replace / fix both the seals (rear R/L doors). The car was dropped off Friday 2 pm 25th mar 2022 and was kept over night until Saturday 2 pm 26th mar 2022. . There was enough time for them to look at into the seal issue !. I believe the work was done but there was not final inspection done on the seal job... some one should l have double check seals !! More
