First time at this location. I was a Bredemann Chevrolet service customer since 2007. Location is good. It is somewhat difficult to gain access to the service lot. Service was good. They could not find my problem - no codes stored. I was there nearly four hours for airbag light diagnosis, new battery and oil change on an SUV. Seems like there have been huge wait times at dealerships since COVID-19 took over. Not sure why it takes so long. Anyway, they said pull right-up if the light comes on again and they will take care of it - nice! The waiting area is much nicer and larger than Bredemann's which is a BIG plus for customer like me who need to wait. Note: need charging stations - the wait was so long I ran-out of juice on my phone. I stopped at the parts department for some screws for the license plate lights. Those guys are really helpful! I'll be back! More
