I explained I had many years in the captive finance field and wanted to see numbers the average consumer would not know to ask for. He was quick to get back to me with exactly what I was asking for. After driving a black Ram and explained it had the right equipment, but not first choice in color. He said he thought a silver one just came in. We ended up with the silver RAM 1500 Laramie at a completely acceptable price. If you looking for a FCA product, I highly recommend Rick Rabe at Golling. More

I think it takes me longer to tie my shoes than it did to get in and out of Golling with a new RAM 1500, all on a busy Saturday afternoon no less. Rick did a great job in responding to my internet lead and engaging me via text message to walk through my list of needs, so that by the time I showed up at the dealership everything was ready to go. Thanks to both Rick and then Jeff, the paperwork was done in the blink of an eye and I was able to carry on with my weekend. So far I am really enjoying my RAM 1500 and looking forward to doing business again with Golling, where these guys have the car buying process down to a science. More

2016 Dodge Journey My wife and I purchased a Journey last Friday. I came to the dealership without her. I had placed an online offer and drove the Golling from work. Upon arriving at the dealership my cell rang and coincidentally it was Joe Tottignham. Immediately I told him what I wanted and showed him the print out that I brought with me. He knew what I was looking to pay and there was no haggle or hassle. The whole thing went very well with Joe. He was a perfect salesman for me. My wife came up to the dealership and brought the title for my trade in and the spare key. Joe was perfect! He was professional and didn't mess around with meaningless sales tactics. He was willing to deal and his management was as well. We bought the car on the spot. However, we had a couple of slight mishaps with the finance support. The contract was drawn up and I was questioned and hurried along a bit and certain information on the application was inaccurate. Also, the offer price sheet did not match the contract that we signed. We caught it later once we were home. We ended up having to come back to the dealership again on our own time on Tuesday morning (July 5th) to get things worked out. And everything was fixed. So we ended up happy. I was relayed to Andy Tavarez and it resulted in my most satisfied dealership experience ever. I was looking to check out a Chrysler 200s, and Andy had a car waiting for me to test drive as soon as I got there. I gave him some of my information before I arrived and he immediately began running some numbers (down payment & monthly payment). By the time I arrived there wasn't a 200s waiting for me. Andy was able to find me a new 200c with more features, at a similar price point. After working with his supervisor Murph, Andy was able to sell me a far more feature friendly car that exceeded my expectations and limits for price. I have never experienced a more transparent, genuine car sale in my life, as Andy explained all aspects of pricing and the numerous forms to sign. I would not hesitate to return to this salesman when my lease is up. More

Recently, I went back to Golling to turn in my old l My family and I have had great experiences leasing cars from Golling for the past two years now. Recently, I went back to Golling to turn in my old lease car (a Fiat 500) and was interested in getting another new lease car, preferably a Jeep. I went there, with my parents, with just the intention to check out the kind of deals they were having on lease cars and ended up walking out with a new 2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude 4x4 for $200/month - 2 year lease, 10,000 miles per year. The lease was originally priced at $239/month with employee discount (my dad is a Chrysler retiree) and we were able to work with the sales associate to get the price down to $200/month by paying a larger down payment. This was the best price we could find compared to other dealerships we had looked at who were charging more than double that price for a lease Jeep Cherokee. Everyone we worked with was very professional and worked quickly and efficiently with us (we were in a bit of a time crunch that day trying to make it to a Tiger's game that afternoon). I believe we arrived at the dealership that day around 1pm and were out with my new lease car, all the paperwork and payments completed and my old lease car turned in by 4pm. I love my new Jeep Cherokee! It has everything I want and more - 4 wheel drive, lots of storage space, heated seats and steering wheel (which will be great in the winter), back up camera, floor mats, UConnect, free Sirius radio for 1 year, Stop/Start engine and good gas milage (20mpg city, 28 mpg hwy). I was also very satisfied with the selection of cars the dealership had and the deals for leasing or buying a car. I have already shown most of my friends and family my new car and have told them what a great experience I had a Golling. I would highly recommend Golling to anyone interested in getting a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Fiat or Ram! More
