My salesman, Zak Baker, didn't know me at all when I walked in but took the time to learn what we wanted, knowledgeably answered all our questions and described the pros and cons of the various models we were interested in. He knew his stuff on every question we asked, was friendly and respectful towards my son and I and was very patient as we deliberated our choices. He kept in contact throughout the sales process via calls and text messages and made the whole procedure as simple as possible. He followed up after the sale as well offering assistance in learning the various systems on the car and made sure we were satisfied.
