I am very pleased with my latest vehicle, a 2016 Jeep Cherokee Limited (High Altitude)! Danny was very patient in finding a vehicle with the features I wished, made sure the timing was good for me, and was clear on what he needed to complete the transaction efficiently. He knows how to communicate well using social media, SMS, e-mail, and of course, voice calls, so I believe he is approachable by anyone. My advice to anyone working with Danny on a vehicle lease or purchase is to listen to him! As with my parents a few months ago, he comes up with ideas that may be surprising (I never expected my Mom to consider a compact SUV, but she loves it!) but they work out - each time! He has a wealth of experience AND the personal networking with his colleagues, near and far, to back up what is proposed. Turned a bad situation into a great deal! Two weeks ago my wife totaled my one year old 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroad. Everyone walked away ok, but the car was toast. When I bought (not leased) Two weeks ago my wife totaled my one year old 2015 Dodge Journey Crossroad. Everyone walked away ok, but the car was toast. When I bought (not leased) the car in April 2015 I put down about $7,000! After the insurance appraiser came out and did his thing we walked away with $1,000 after the balance of the loan was paid, ouch! I described my financial loss on the car as the worlds most expensive 1 year lease...$7,000 down and about $4,000 for a years worth of monthly payments had my monthly nut at around $900/month. Having bought my Journey from Golling in April of 2015 and my moms in September of 2015, I figured this is where repeat business and customer loyalty should pay off...and boy did it ever! My salesman, Kyle Redwine (a really cool guy) remembered me right away and after I gave him my sob story he got to work right away. I told Kyle what I was considering and he found the options and packages I wanted so I could compare and make the best decision possible. When it was all said and done we settled on a 2016 Town & Country S and the deal Kyle got for me was excellent. When we sat down with the finance guy Marty Knudsen (another cool guy), things got even better. Thanks to Marty's experience and attention to detail he was able to determine that the warranty package we bought for my Journey was almost all refundable. We were able to get an extra $2,000 back before the deal was done! Some dealers and sales people could have seen the situation I was in and been predators knowing I was on the hook to get a car fast, but all of my experiences with the folks at Golling has been fantastic and this particular experience really solidified my opinion that Kyle, Marty and the Golling family don't just want to sell you a car...they want to sell you the right car and make sure you'll be back for the next one and tell your friends and family to get their cars there too! More

New car buying experience I recently bought my second car from Golling. My first experience was excellent with every member of the Golling family. I would like to say my second purchase did not disappoint. It started with my sales specialist Pete Rasho who was kind, helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and enthusiastic about pleasing my wife and myself! He was quick to find a vehicle that made us happy and insisted it be the right vehicle and not just a sale. He was also very attentive to follow up making us feel like we were his only customers. After the sale, I noticed a very small broken piece on the tail lamp and was asked by the manager to bring it back. The manager immediately recognized that it was overlooked on inspection the day I took delivery. Because they had the part in stock, it was replaced within 30 minutes (on a very busy day I might add). Golling is a little far for me to drive but worth the effort for the fine care and and exceptional treatment. I have owned 7 Chrysler products now with a couple SRT's in the mix and dealers other than Golling have been disappointing in many ways! If you are looking for a Chrysler vehicle, Golling is the place to go (see Pete). You won't be sorry!!! More
