Golling Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation, but my steering wheel also pulsed while braking. The service guy told me they would take a look at it. He called me a half hour later and told me I needed new brakes - I should be happy though because the brakes on the car are the original brakes and I "got a really good life out of them." The problem was that my car has >108,000 miles on it. I had the same dealership put new brake pads on my car around the 50,000 mile mark, and I changed my own brakes and rotors at around 100,000 miles. The current brakes are off-brand, and only about 7,000 miles old. The guy sounded really surprised when I told him to leave the brakes on - almost like I was taking a big chance by not having them put on new brakes (and rotors) for me. More

I was having issues with the air conditioning and heat not coming on properly. I made an appointment with Jason and he had the matter taken care of within two hours. He arranged for a rental car for me not coming on properly. I made an appointment with Jason and he had the matter taken care of within two hours. Mr Hatcher assisted me with the service of my car.
